Evidence lives everywhere.
Policy schedules, specialist reports, emails, certificates and decisions sit across multiple records and organisations.
Documents tell you what was submitted. CaseLens connects the evidence, people, policy terms and decisions to help you understand what it means—and what is still missing.
Designed for the claims ecosystem
A decision may involve dozens of documents and several years of events. The hardest part is understanding which source supports which conclusion—and where the gaps sit.
Policy schedules, specialist reports, emails, certificates and decisions sit across multiple records and organisations.
It's difficult to reconstruct why a finding was made, what was considered, and what may have been overlooked.
When new evidence arrives, teams often rebuild the history instead of following a connected, source-linked record.
One structure connects the sources, events, findings and questions behind a complex claim.
Choose a review lens. See how CaseLens can organise the record without pretending that source links are legal or medical conclusions.
A fictional decision is linked to the information relied upon, with contrary evidence kept visible.
Relationships demonstrate traceability only. A link does not establish that a finding is correct.
Trace a finding to its source record, verification status and document reference.
Connect people, policies, events, claims, decisions and evidence into an explorable record.
Organise dated events so the trajectory of a claim remains visible through reviews and disputes.
Make supporting, contrary and unverified evidence accessible alongside recorded findings.
CaseLens Core is its own versioned software package. Use it as an independent API, or install it within an existing claims platform.
Run CaseLens as a separate service, with its own database and server-to-server integration.
Install the package within ClaimThread or connect over the API. ClaimThread retains control of its member journey and policy rules.
Embed the same core in ClaimHub or connect remotely, while keeping South African rules and claim workflows separate.
Your claims system stays your claims system. CaseLens does not replace user permissions, adjudicate claims or automatically import sensitive documents. Its role is to provide a connected evidence and reasoning structure.
The value is in the connections between them—and in knowing which connections are proven, disputed or missing.
Discuss a use caseKeep source ownership and secure document custody with the originating organisation.
Distinguish verified records from competing positions, interpretation and unresolved gaps.
Apply Australian or South African rules through the relevant host platform, not as universal assumptions.
The platform helps organise and inspect evidence; human professionals determine its meaning.
Connect evidence requests, decision reasoning and the record behind claim assessments.
Reconstruct what was known, what changed, and which original records informed each position.
Add evidence provenance and relationship views without replacing existing claims architecture.
Follow chronology and evidence links when analysing complex document-heavy matters.
No. It is a reusable evidence intelligence layer. Claims administration, user identities, payments and jurisdiction-specific rules remain with the host platform.
Yes. CaseLens Core is packaged independently and can run as a dedicated API service with its own database, or as an installed Python package inside supported host applications.
The current core connects source metadata, decisions and declared evidence relationships. Automated AI reasoning and document ingestion are future capabilities, not features we claim to have delivered.
Not automatically. The current architecture references source metadata while the original records remain in the relevant system's secure document store. Access and consent remain essential.
Both projects have optional integration adapters. Live use with sensitive claims requires product-level authorisation, consent controls and deployment review.
The reusable API and source-linked decision matrix are built and versioned. Additional security, multi-organisation identity, retention and operational controls are required before onboarding sensitive production claims.
